Our beliefs are simple

We are a tight-knit team that look after one another. We are committed to delivering a working environment which is flexible, fun and rewarding. Even though we may be the envy of many with the amount of Big Data we have, we do not boast, instead we work hard on some amazing new tech, but also on some cool old stuff that made us who we are.

As for perks, sure there are those as well, with ample caffeine and fruit to pick you up during the day, Friday lunches and Friday drinks, frequent social activities and staff events.

We have a great track record for keeping staff with interesting and rewarding work, and here's an interesting statistic, 35% of our current staff it is their second time at Trillion. One has managed to make it their third time back! You can draw your own conclusions, but we know why, it must be the beer!
